JGM served as landscape architectural sub-consultant to Lewis Architects for this project. The City Hall features over 3,500 square feet of green roof and on-slab planting to meet the ecological and aesthetic needs of the project. The drought-tolerant sedums selected for green roof are laid out in sweeping wave patterns to reflect the site’s proximity to waterfront.
The building is currently under construction with completion scheduled for Fall 2010. David McNeal was the Principal-in-Charge and Craig Lewis was the Project Manager for this project.
